A furnished room, with single bed and storage space, is available in a modern, clean, large house. Good location in Kemptown, 2 mins to seafront, 5 mins to the Marina, 1 min to bus stop. Looking for one other to share with 3 gay guys. The house is split over 3 floors, so we have lots of space. Nice garden to sit out in on the summer. It is a drug free household, and no smoking is allowed in the house.
