Sorry - can't find any good pics of the room - but that is the view from one of the windows and out of the other you can see the sea. Perfect? Pretty much.

The room is available in the Regency building, in the top floor flat. There is a lift though - so don't worry about the stairs.

The room has wooden floors - although we might be getting carpets. There is some cupboard space under the window, but other than that the room is unfurnished with room for a double bed and usual bits.

I have lived in the flat for about 2 years or so and when I moved in it was unfurnished, so over the years I have furnished it - apart from the 2nd bedroom. Basically looking for someone to look after the flat too, enjoy living here and respect each others space as well as enjoy the odd glass of wine.
