Double room to rent in large recently re-furbished 2 bedroom flat in Worthing.
The flat is situated on Brighton Road (with direct sea views), first floor with access to a private garden at rear. There are many local shops/fast food restaurants extremely close by and it is less than 10 minutes walk to the town centre. Within walking distance to East Worthing Train Station.
The room I have available for rent is furnished, but should you wish to bring some of your own furniture that is not a problem. Price is exclusive of bills (which are shared). Flat has all mod cons.
I am looking for a friendly down to earth individual, preferably female, who is clean and tidy. Someone between the age of 20 and 40 would be ideal. (I am a 30 year old professional female)
