I can offer one or two bedrooms in my comfortable furnished detached property in the Patcham area of Brighton, close to the A23 and A27 intersection. There are local shops (including a post office, bakery and an Indian restaurant), nearby 24-hour ASDA supermarket, and easy access to all that the city of Brighton offers. You will be welcome to make use of the living/dining room, kitchen, utility room and garden. The rent varies depending on room choice from 500-600 GBP per month and is all-inclusive except for your personal telephone. The area is well served by buses and there is ample safe car parking space. I am a busy professional person, married to a British woman who currently lives and works in the Netherlands. I am quiet but sociable and would welcome similar folk. References will be required.
