Hello, me and my housemate are moving out of our house by the end of may and are looking for two people to move into our 2 rooms individualy.
We live in a 7 bedroom house which is quite a quiet house as our housemates are all studying or working.
The 7 bedrooms are 'located' on 3 floors which makes the house quite spacious.
Our two rooms are both on the 2nd floor, next to each other, both with a garden view & double beds. Each room has its own sink as well.
There is one bathroom on the 2nd floor and a toilet and shower on the first floor.
The kitchen is very big, we have two ovens, two cookers, 3 fridges, 2 freezers, a microwave, 2 sinks and a big table.
The garden is very big as well and made for BBQs!
The house is located on Alma road - (between WINTON & CHARMINSTER) 2mins walk to Charminster High Street, Shops & Bus stops. Our housemates are all easy going and very nice people between the ages of 21 & 28. The contract ends on the 31st of July, so it's only for 2 months.
The 309 pounds a month INCLUDE all bills! (Its actually 280 a month I think & you'll get the money back you paid for the bills, if the bills are less than the 29 pounds which is most likely that they will be less)
