Hello,
I have a double room available in a spacious flat. High ceilings throughout, open fire in lounge, large bathroom with both bath and separate shower. Also use of garden and lots of BBQ's in summertime. Off road parking.
Great location in Queenspark / Charminster nr fitness first gym/ golf course. Close to the Wessex way which makes it easy to get around the Bournemouth area.
I am looking to share with a friendly, mature person. Someone tidy who enjoys the odd glass of vino. I consider myself easy to live with, very down to earth and considerate.
