The farmhouse is a 5-bedroom detached property in a village location between Boston and Horncastle, and close to Coningsby, Woodhall Spa and Skegness. Four rooms are available to let and all are furnished and newly decorated. Housemates share a new bathroom with shower, toilet and wash-basin and a further separate shared bathroom with whirlpool bath. There are two sitting rooms, a farmhouse style kitchen with dining area and a separate new kitchen and utility room. Broadband is available in all rooms and Freeview is available in one sitting room.
I am a resident landlord, working fulltime. Currently there is one single room and one double room available.
The farmhouse is a working smallholding with horses, sheep and dogs. It has a large garden and off-road parking; local shops and pubs are nearby.
