A furnished bedroom (with 4 foot wide bed) available, for single occupancy, in friendly, comfortable three bedroom upper maisonette in quiet part of Saffron Court off London Road. Sharing with two other people, aged around 22, both female mature students. Flat and room both have great views across Bath. There’s a large kitchen, shared bathroom and separate shared WC. Large (19 foot) sunny double aspect (south and west) lounge with terrific views over Bath, and French windows onto the balcony to enjoy that view. Very relaxed and easy-going, non-smoking atmosphere. Short walk to town and Morrisons. Very secure. Free parking near front door. Looking preferably for fully-employed or mature/post-grad. student flatmate in whatever field. Come and check it out!
