Double room available in a 4 bed townhouse in the northern outskirts of Basingstoke. The room comes with sole access to a bathroom (shower over bath), and will be furnished with a new double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws etc.
You would also have access to a large modern kitchen (dishwasher, washer / drier, etc) and garden with patio. There is also plenty of parking near the house. The house is 10 minutes drive to Basingstoke town centre or 20 minutes drive to Reading. The house is also near to a bus route to Basingstoke town centre.
