I would like person,who is friendly, likes a laugh, working, clean, none smoker, not noisy, sorry no cooking of strong garlic!
there are two double bedroom rooms, plus the bathroom with a shower.
there is a large living room, also a large moden kitchen with a six seater breakfast bar,I have my own bedroom on the ground floor, plus my own down stairs shower and toilet. I'm easy going,
I try to keep the house clean, which I would expect you to do the same,the double bedrooms,are newly furnished, with sky tv,dvd,all bill included, apart from phone.
The house is in a Cul-de-sac with parking, it's about a 10 walk to town, and about 15 min walk to Basildon hospital, 10 min walk to BR,5 min walk to our nature reserve, with bus Routes not far from the house.
