I am an active sporty person, out most nights at the gym or training so hardly ever in the house. House located in garthdee, about 5 mins walk from RGU university. Bus routes are easy a no. 1 or no. 2 will take you straight into town every ten minutes @ 1.20 for an adult fare. Bus stop about 2 mins walk from house. House located in quiet street, not on main road. Garden at the front and rear of the property.
Two large double bedrooms to rent with built in wardrobes. Double Beds will be provided but linen will be required.Electricity and gas provided in price. Telephone landline is installed in house but not included in price if you use this you will be required to pay for your calls.
Im looking for a Clean person, but not with OCD type cleaning habits :)
Good sense of humour is a must and you need to be easy to get on with. Not really fussed about age, gender or sexuality as long as you are easy to get on with and a good laugh.
